The CPT is a quick and often less expensive  way of obtaining geotechnical engineering properties of soils as well as there stratigraphy (layering) so that a more effective drilling and sampling schedule can be implemented.  Many of our clients will conduct a CPT’s of a site prior to having us come in a obtain quality samples using drilling methods.

Seismic Cone Penetrometer and Piezometric (water pressure) Testing can also be accomplished using this equipment.

We have two different pushing platforms.

Our Largest push Platform has a 25 Tons push force and is mounted on a 6×6 Mack truck.

Our track mounted system allows us to get into hard to reach locations, while the self anchoring allows for a pushing force of up to 20 Tons.
